Job Description:
This job is for a Business Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Here are the responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting IAM requirements.
- Developing IAM strategies and solutions.
- Providing support in implementing IGA solutions, including user management, authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Conducting IGA testing and validating solutions.
- Analyzing data to identify IGA trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting IGA workshops.
- Developing detailed concepts in coordination with project management and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IAM/IGA or related areas like IT security, network administration, or data protection.
- In-depth knowledge of IGA tools (ideally Omada Identity) and technologies such as AD, LDAP, AAD, and SAP.
- Experience in conceiving/implementing IGA solutions in large companies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work on projects with customers.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Ability to work closely with other teams and in a fast-paced environment.
